01

What is your cancellation policy?

A minimum of 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. If cancellations are made with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged.

02

Do I need a consultation?

Yes. New clients must have a Good Faith Exam completed prior to any medical treatment. This is good for 1 year!

03

How should I prepare for treatments?

  • Hydrate well the day before if you are having facial treatments

  • Arrive with clean skin for facial treatments

  • Avoid alcohol 24 hours before injectables

  • Avoid NSAIDs (if possible) for 24 hours before treatment to reduce bruising

04

What is the difference between your skin care services versus an aesthetician?

These procedures are more than a cosmetic service. Once the needles enter living tissue, it becomes a medical procedure. That means the person performing it must be medically licensed and must use medical-grade products that are appropriate for deeper penetration and pain control.

05

Do you travel?

  • Yes! Mobile appointments are available for:

  • IV therapy

  • Vitamin injections

  • Small groups (3+ people)

  • Events/parties

A travel fee may apply depending on location.
